About Me
Michelle Iacobucci,
Registered Psychotherapist (RP)
My approach is founded on authenticity, trust, openness, warmth, and non-judgment. In sessions, I maintain a stance of sincerity, with the hopes that through being my genuine self, you will feel comfortable and supported to be true to who you are. I seek to learn about the important systems in your life, how they interact, and the meaning they hold for you. I work with individuals, couples, families, children, and youth, and apply various models of therapy in our work together.
Individual therapy is a collaborative process that involves working to explore challenges and develop strategies for change. I offer individual therapy to help clients work through various challenges, including grief, depression, anxiety, and more.
Couple therapy allows couples to become aware of patterns of interaction which may often lead to conflicts in relationships. Here, we work together to develop effective communication skills, process past grievances, and strengthen emotional bonds.
Family therapy invites family members to connect with each other and to work on communication, conflicts, and build relationships that you desire. I provide family therapy to help families work through a range of issues, including parenting challenges, sibling conflict, and more.
